If you are looking for asbestos abatement, please look anywhere else as Mammoth does not know what they are doing. They ruined my house. I was having new floors installed by another contractor when they found asbestos and stopped the job so I had to contact another company to remove the asbestos and make it safe. Mammoth was the first one I contacted but I wish I had looked further. They initially responded quick which was great but that was the last positive thing that happened. They had someone come out and check it out and even sounded like they knew what they were talking about. From that point, it tooks weeks for them to get back and actually take care of the asbestos. Mind you my whole house is torn up at this point and Mammoth is directly responsible for making my project take weeks longer. There was one week where everyone important was out of the office for the whole week, nothing but reception in the office so nothing was done. Seems like poor management. The absolute worst part of the whole thing was the actual work they did at my house. They used a solution and scrapped the asbestos adhesive off the floor. They also got it literally everywhere. Sticky black stuff on my baseboards, on the walls, on cabinets, on the patio out back, all over my nice clean driveway, on my bathroom tile and rugs. They did not even attempt to clean up anything. They were at my house for one day and said they finished the job. I walked around and all of the floors were covered in black sticky stuff. Stuck to my shoes, ruined towels, got on my dogs feet. They literally created a nightmare for me. Called them and they came back the next day to do the same thing again. Even though the first day they stood there and looked me in the eye and said it was all done. The next day they said maybe they shouldn't have mopped after which made it wet and sticky for longer. So they really have no idea what they are doing. They did another day of solution and scraping but not everywhere, only in a couple of spots. They say they are done and leave again. There was still black sticky stuff everywhere and it looked horrible. It looked like they had cleaned their tools on my back patio so now it is permanently black. There are globs of black residue all over my driveway and literal footprints with black marks. Not sure if any of it will ever come out. They took zero precaution to make sure it didn't get everywhere. I spent hours trying to clean the mess they left from the walls and baseboards, lucky I was able to get most of it which tells me they absolutely could have cleaned up after themselves. But there is just as many areas that are permanently ruined, black marks I cannot get rid of that I have to hide with furniture and the awful state they left my driveway in which after a few rains seems like it is here to stay. I will never use any other services from Mammoth because they were so bad with asbestos abatement. I was in an awful situation and they made it ten times worse.
